Numerous attempts have been made to forecast the price of Bitcoin, with varying degrees of success. Recently, we compiled a list of the top 5 Bitcoin price predictions since April 2023, but since then, a couple of noteworthy predictions have surfaced that merit attention.
Anticipating a New Bitcoin All-Time High
One notable prediction comes from a well-known social media commentator who goes by the alias BitQuant. BitQuant believes that Bitcoin’s price won’t reach its peak before the next halving event, but it will eventually attain a new all-time high.
BitQuant, however, is cautious about setting the price target too high, stating that a price of $160,000 is unlikely due to the substantial magnitude of pullbacks in Bitcoin’s price history. According to this commentator, the cryptocurrency’s zenith will occur post-halving, likely around 2024, with a price target set at $250,000.
Short-Term Bitcoin Price Outlook
Another prediction comes from a market expert and co-founder of the renowned cryptocurrency analytics platform, Glassnode. This expert attributes the recent volatility in Bitcoin’s price to the release of the US Consumer Price Index and suggests that crucial price levels lie ahead.
According to this analyst, one imminent level to watch is $27,000. This short-term prediction underscores the significance of monitoring Bitcoin’s price movements closely, particularly in response to economic indicators like the US Consumer Price Index.
